The dEATs on Dates

We all know I have the biggest sweet tooth, so I am allll about finding healthy alternatives. One of my favorite sweet snacks are dates. Dates are naturally very sweet and they are high in both antioxidants and fiber. Dates by themselves are delish, but stuffed dates- those are game changers. I honestly think they taste like a mini candy bar sooo I wanted to share some of my absolute favorite combos:


1. PB&J Dates- these dates are stuffed with creamy, natural peanut butter and mashed raspberries.

2. Sweet & Salty Dates- these dates are stuffed with creamy, natural peanut butter (you can sub any nut butter), a mini pretzel rod, and cacao nibs (aka the perfect combo of salty and sweet!).

3. Peanut Butter Chocolate Dates- these dates are stuffed with creamy, natural peanut butter and some of Jojo's chocolate (if you haven't tried this chocolate before you have to!!).



I urge you all to try some dates and get creative with them! I'm telling you, they will satisfy any sweet tooth! I recommend making them and storing them in the freezer before enjoying! :)
