Hi friends! If you're looking for healthy, nutritious recipes and tips, you've come to the right place! I wasn't always into health and wellness, but now that I've found a lifestyle that works for me, I want to share it with others! That is the thing many people don't realize- you have to find what works for YOU. You can try as many fad diets as you want, but if they are not sustainable, they are NOT for you.

I studied Public Health undergrad, and became fascinated by how nutrition can impact one's life and decrease the chances of many, many noncommunicable diseases. This was one of the factors that made me change my own lifestyle. In just one year, I lost 55 pounds and gained a newfound love for healthy eating and being active.

I knew I wanted to work in the health field and help others live their healthiest lives, as well, so I continued my schooling and got my M.S. in Health and Wellness Management. Although I am still figuring out my career path, I am happy to have this outlet to share recipes and ideas with you all reading this. One of my hobbies is making tasty treats and finding substitutions that make them lower in calories and higher in protein to post on my Instagram (and now here too!). I enjoy knowing what I am eating (although all things are fine in moderation!), so I work to also include nutrition info on what I post. Enjoy!
